Hey there! My name is Joshua.

Photography, for me, begins with presence. I’m drawn to moments that feel deeply human—intimate, fleeting experiences that carry meaning far beyond the frame. The kind of moments that transport you back to a feeling you’ve lived before, or longed for, and remind you of the beauty of connection, love, and shared life. When I photograph, it’s because something in front of me feels singular—worthy of being remembered, not staged or recreated, but felt as it truly is.
I’m instinctively attentive to the spaces between things: quiet joy, shared glances, unguarded emotion, and the closeness that exists when people forget the rest of the world. These moments often pass unnoticed in real time, only revealing their value years later. My work is about honoring them as they unfold, preserving them with care so they can be returned to—memories rediscovered, feelings remembered, lives reflected back with honesty.
I work first as an observer, moving gently and unobtrusively, allowing moments to exist without interference. When guidance is needed, I offer it with restraint, always in service of something organic and true. My role is to add—not distract, not intrude—but to support an experience so people feel at ease, present, and free to be themselves. At its core, my work is about life’s most cherished moments, captured as they are, and held with the reverence they deserve.
Thank you for taking the time to be here.
It would be an absolute privilege to work together and document what matters most to you.
